Unfortunately they can only cut orilite engineering material which i can cut myself. It has to match what is there now so back to square on i think :shake:

Id contacted Bluelite before seeing your post. Ive emailed details and im waiting for them to get back to me. I might try theese aswel as no harm in comparing prices/times thanks for your imput

diamond grade needs edge sealing so you are better to use someone who cuts it all the time rather than hand cutting. I would think as Derek said William Smith i’ve tried others and found smiths to be one of the best

Hi All, Ive placed an order with William Smith, they had the material and can cut from my PDF. Only drawback is the text being 70mm high they are unable to seal the edges. I cant worry too much about that as the text thats on the other side was done 11 years ago and was also not sealed. Thanks for everyones imput and have a great weekend

running a normal vinyl sealing pen around it can help, could be what be done on the otherside as if water seeps behind diamond grade you can see it
