I have been trying to send a print/laminate/cut job down to the printer.
When I rip it, at exactly 5 mins and 23 seconds it keeps giving me this message…."ps3 MFC application has encountered a problem and needs to close"
I have tried this six times and each time it does the same. Can anyone tell me what this problem may be.
SP300 machine. Job length is 3.5 meters long x 650mm. Job is saved at 25% of full size.
    😕

I printed a test sample at 700mm long with no problem. But when I enlarge it, it hangs up???? I have cleared all my job queues, and deleted a load of files in case it was a memory problem.

Phil, nothing has been tampered with or upgraded. Why does it print the small one but not when I enlarge it. (?) (?) (?) 😥 😕

You could also try saving the enlarged file as a high res JPG, with the same profiles from your
design package. This should keep your colour accurate. I often do this if I’m having problems with
a file ripping, and then I just use the original file with any layers as the cut file. Just make sure that
any print marks that may be needed for your cutter are included in the JPG.
