The holes in the contravision seem to be confusing the printer. When I load it it says I either have a skew of 46mm (for example) or it says ‘Move media XXmm to the right’. Is there a trick to this?!

    Thanks

    John

Guess lay a strip of masking tape over the front edge after set up either feed forward a bit or remove it.
But then never used a latex printer

Been trying for the last 3 hours to load expanse perforated window film in to a L25500….nightmare!
The printer just cant see it! then it says its skewed when it finally does see it..aggghhh
Change over to regular vinyl…no issue straight in and printing…change back to perforated vinyl and problems again! and again…
If anybody has a way of getting this media to load I would really like to know….
