    Hello

I need to reverse print on clear and apply white to the back for some window stickers. The issue I have is my customer wants 1000’s of small stickers.
Looking at all my profiles for clear with white, it’s going to take 2 hours to do 1500mm x 760mm. Way too slow. Does anyone have a suggestion for producing these quicker? I have a versacamm vs 300 running versawoks 4.1.1

    Many thanks

    Nick

    Thanks Chris
It’s an overall white but the trouble is putting a white vinyl will take too much time/material as well so not be cost effective.

sorry nick cant see the problem cost of 1 half mts vinyl and ten mins plus makes a easy to handel sticker as the solld white fill make the single vinyl soft.
and you print normal colours as fast as you like

We do as Chris suggested quite a lot – it definitely works and having the white vinyl at the back acts as a "laminate" protecting the print from scratches etc.

I reverse print on white then laminate and it works well.

If you are going to contour cut then I suggest putting a small piece of masking tape over the alignment marks before you laminate……then cut them out with a scalpel so that the registration marks can be seen.

I tried this and it works well, many thanks.
Only question I have is, how do you trim it as the marks are on the inside of the paper/white?

    Thanks

We cover the registration marks with masking tape before backing off with white. We then use this as a guide to carefully remover the white vinyl which covers the marks with a scalpel. It is very simple when you get used to it.
