Printing problem with mutoh vj1304
Afternoon all, we are having some problems with our mutoh. Started printing off a job on some metamark roll up banner media this morning, the first run it did about 400mm then said out of media, resent it now 3 times and it’s getting smaller each time and now we are down to about 100mm before it says out of media. Checked and there’s still loads on the roll, any suggestions?

What happens of you put a bit of tape over the sensor?

Hi Stafford, I’ve changed the profile and "touch wood" it seems to be working fine now. Don’t know if it was switching profiles or threatening to it it with something heavy that worked????

We used to have the problem with our VJ 1604, and we did what stafford suggested, and it worked! We got sick of printing those 40′ banners then it saying we were out of media a few foot before the end
