    Hi folk…
looking for a bit of help here.
i have a large job to do that requires me to digital print from our grenadier solvent printer onto reflective white vinyl. Does anyone know of a supplier of a digital "reflective" vinyl?
we have tried printing direct to the reflective we use now with no luck…
an alternative would be printing onto digital clear then laminating onto reflective and contour cutting, but that would be labouring and costly for the customer. 😕
i have seen digital printing onto reflective vinyl years ago… so i know its available, but by who? 😕

i was told Avery may do it but i have not had my calls returned and getting a bit desperate now as the job begins next week. 🙄

3M 180c Reflective is digital print receptive. I use it all the time.

I laminate in a clear cast for a long term finish, but without laminate works well too

    Hi Rob,

I print regular on Mac Tac white and Orange reflective with the cadet… We have to up the heat but have no problems. You may ind you need to knock down the passes as the ink seems quite heavy if you go for a high number of passes..
    Cheers

I’ve also had good prints using the Mactlite reflective Rob.
LG also do a digital reflective but I seem to remember it’s VERY expensive.
Incidentally it’s LG’s normal reflective that doesn’t print, I’m sure they have done it on purpose to try and sell their Digital reflective.
