Last week I was given a job to print multiples of a large design on 250gsm card.

The only way I can see to do this job is to mount vinyl on flat thick card available from the local stationer, which I have done before for single prints, which is expensive and time consuming to do.

I subbed this job to a local printer, not being too familiar with card printing.

Because they are important clients, I dont really care if I lose a bit on this, just want it done fast .

However it is now a week later, still not done.

And now the printer emails me and says he can only print up to 175gsm!

So I am beginning to regret giving this job out, I always prefer to keep jobs in house, because I really dont trust ANYBODY to do things as fast and as well as I can do them.

( This is a common trait in our industry of perfectionists.😳)

Next time I want to do this in house.

Is there any way of doing this on an HP335?
Can I do 250gsm on this machine?

Does 250gsm even come on a roll?

    Thanks.
