    Printer warranty changing.

    We have been notified that Tech 8 are no longer doing warranties and it is changing to AD Young Technical. I Have had a cheaper quote from VTS.
    Does anyone know anything about either company.

    VTS as far as i know are all ex roland guys so if you have a roland you should be fine

    I have always had great service from VTS and would definitely recommend them. Annual service picked up two faults that required return visits both sorted out perfectly. Ex Roland Techs as well

    I’m not sure where in the country you are Martin but the freelance guys are always happy to take on maintenance contracts. Julian Mildner (JDM), Colin Tupman (Cetech) and many others.

    JDM is in Kent (like me) and Cetech are in Durham (or that sort of way anyway). I believe AD Young are in Bristol too? I’ve got a couple of customers over that way already as us freelancers aren’t opposed to traveling 😉
