hi all, i have the message in the attached picture on my screen when trying to set up printing, i seem to remember i had a very similar thing around a year ago and it was the firewire board that needed replaced, can anyone confirm if this is the case or could be something less sinister, i have checked cables and connections and all seem ok, appreciate any help or suggestions

I presume you’ve already tried switching it off and on again?

Try going into pc settings and restore to a recent restore date when you know it was working fine,
    good luck
