    Hi can anyone help,
been asked to print a couple of shirts by one of my customers, I normally put names and numbers on the shirts using flexi-cut from xpres. We have been doing this for this customer for years however they have asked for some sponsor logos which have three or more colours in them, I normally apply colour on colour for the two colour jobs but with 3 or more colours it will look crap done like this. can any one out there print these logos onto a white garment film?
I could get the stuff in to do it on my Gerber but as usual Spandex are very expensive and its only for a few shirts can anyone help me out by printing them for me or pointing me in the right direction?

    Hi Gordon,
I received the samples you sent me yesterday thank you. Now i havnt used this before so can you give me an idea as to how its applied? ie what temperature is it applied at and for how long on the press also does the print need protecting with silicone paper while in the press?
I normally use xpres stuff and have no knowledge of the product you have sent me. Thanks for your help so far mate its very much appreciated.

Use application Tape on the decal position and press light to medium pressure with a temp of 150 to 180 for between 10 to 20 seconds.

    HotPRINT White
Description: Transfer film for use with thermal printers such as the Gerber Edge and Roland Colour Camm.
    Applications: T-Shirts and Sportswear.
    Advantages:
    • Soft very thin film.
    • Durable prints.
    • High washability 80°C.
    • Supplied by the metre at 500mm and 380mm wide.
    • Print & Cut.
Instructions: Print using the normal method.
    Press at 150 – 180 °C for 10 to 20 seconds.
Recommendations: Small logos and letters are easier to transfer with application tape. Remove tape after cooling.
Apply application tape immediately after printing and
    cutting to prevent edge lifting.
    * Due to variation of fabric types always pre-test.
Please ensure that you remove the backing film when cold.

Taken from Victories web site under Specs for Hot Print.

    Hope this fixes you up.
I found that some of the tapes actually marked the print when pressing but you can actually buy the proper tape from Victory to use for this.
