Hampshire flags. Been waiting 5 Days for a delivery of just Flagpoles off the shelf. Paid by card and next day delivery, Had to send 2 Sign Erectors home
(cost £600-00) because Flags haven’t turned up. Rung 8 times not one call back. Rang 3 times today told they left Friday by Sales and Tuesday by Despatch, 9-30am told will get back in 15mins with answer as to when they will get here today. Now 1-30pm no phone calls , just rung them and told out for lunch enjoying themselves will ring back later.
If thats great service I don’t know what is . this is the second job I have ordered of them and the same thing has happened twice. What a great Company, one of the best, should get an award for total incompetence in taking orders, dealing with people and delivering.

I can help here! My other half works for Borney displays, their core business is fabric printing – mainly flags. Worth a call on 01480 456689 and ask for Christina.

For reference mark I’m certain they stock a variety of flagpoles also and I’m reliably informed (from the other end of the sofa) that if ordered before 2pm they would always leave the same day.
