    Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a way of producing printed and cut car air fresheners? I don’t even know where to begin with this but one of my customers wants me to supply 5000 every few month so it has started to interest me.

Any help with this matter would be much appreciated.

    Regards

    Ewan

LaserCUT or PUNCH CUT felt fabric soaked in perfume. will have to be printed on a flatbed printer presumably.

Alternatively you could buy some cheap generic air freshener supplies and contour cut sticker on top but this won’t look professional and it will prevent the release of the freshener working great so not really a angle to go off.

I think its a case of outsourcing somewhere??? Have no clue where sorry mate

    Thanks Mike,

I have found a company who supply a good product very cheaply. This is a good option but the customer wanted me to produce them myself so was wondering if there is a way of using the Roland Sp 300 I have access to. I don’t want to lie to my customer saying that we are producing them rather than outsourcing them. I feel bad doing that as as far as I’m aware he could use the same company I have found and pay what I would pay them. I will run it past him and see what he says.

    Cheers

That’s good at least you have a company. Well if your designing the layout etc to go on the air freshener then it is fair to charge for this part of the process.

    Good luck with it mate.

Google came up with this company. Just ask for a trade price as because of the nature of the product you are more likely to order repeat products

Check them out. I’m guessing this is the same company you have anyhow??

The company found is Lancaster Printing or http://www.carairfreshenerprinting.co.uk I spoke to them regarding trade price but prices being as low as they are they won’t take anything off. They will however make me 500 free air fresheners contour cut to my window tinting company logo 😀 I’m happy with that.

Te 500 free for your company is excellent.

    They quoted

"Micheal minimum order of 1000 pcs £250 + vat . We have tried calling you

Cheers Mike. That price I’ve been quoted includes vat and the 500 free pieces to me seals the deal. No excuses for my car not to smell lemon fresh now.
