Anyone have any thoughts on this on our SP540V

We are printing a graphic at 1530xx x 1220mm wide, flip to run down the media.

What we experiencing is the 1530 measurement print at around 15-20mm less down the roll, the other measurement is correct.

Been in touch with our machine supplier who have also contacted Roland, who suggest the heat, but its a lot cooler today and its still the same.

We have done the print gap test and this is fine and there is no banding in the media.

Sorry I can’t help you with a resolution to your problem but I can say our brand new xr640 ended up been exchanged because of this. We lost hundreds of pounds of materials with this fault. We were printing graphics with crop marks, then laminating them and putting them back in to cut. The machine read the first 3 marks but when it went to read the 4th it was in the wrong place! When sheets were measured we found one side was longer than the other. Absolute nightmare.

Have you tried doing an environmental match setup on your machine?

I am also having cut problem also, machine moving off one way, very hit and miss.
This must also be part of the same problem for us also.
