Yellow tolls do one, I think they sell it through Jag sign supplies. I’ve considered making one but it’s not that high on the list

These de gassing boxes look great but don’t really work to well.
If you think about this logically the print is placed into the box upright which means all the solvent falls towards the bottom of the print and the actually part of the print that actually gets a good de gassing is the lower part of the print.
True degassing needs to be across the whole print and the only way you really achieve this is by laying the print flat or laying as you would a towel drying on a cloths horse.
We used to have a cloths line set up in our workshop and use to hang these prints the minute they came of the machine.
I know Rob Lambie the board owner has a very clever solution for this as we have discussed this before. Perhaps if Rob is reading he could draw a quick diagram here for us all.
Clever solution that doesn’t cost to much.

Outgassing is the Elephant in the Room for solvent printing. Ive just printed circa 25m for a wrap, a lot of which is black/dark colours. Its had a 2-3 days to outgas, loosely unwound and standing vertically but I bet it is still not sufficiently outgassed. Theres no way you can lay 25m of print flat, neither can you print each section separately and hang them up. Both of these methods are also going to leave the print covered in dust which will look terrible when laminated.
Our next machine will definitely be latex or UV
