How do you charge digital prints out!!!!
We have now stumbled onto a problem because when printing anything it is saving us loads of time.

What should you charge for printing onto self adhesive, banner material, poster paper, etc.

This has always been a very grey area of what costings should be!!!

I need to know what I should be charging!!!

We have a new Uniform Lancer 64" (Mutoh Valuejet) this got installed on Friday and it is already opening a whole load of more work.

    Help me with pricing people!!!!

    Thanks
    Sean

With all due respect Sean, isn’t that something you should have sorted out before buying the machine?

I have no idea what your machine costs to buy or to run, or what your overheads are, but, as a comparison, we charge £60 per square metre printed and laminated from our JV3, but that is useless information if the market in your area won’t bear it..

What I am trying to find out what everyone charges.
I know how much it costs me I was just having trouble what to cost it out.

I was thinking about £55 printed and laminated but I am not to far off your prices.

And if the market won’t bear it were doomed!!!!

don’t price to be the same as everyone else here, you’re not in competition with them (i assume) lol..

like John just said, pitch your price to your area and get what you can because one thing you can guarantee is that your prices will only ever go down in the future not up! and there are already too many people knocking out rubbish work with cheap prices in this trade.
