    Just wondered if anyone else here has experienced problems with these guys?

    One of my assistants paid for a guide back in July when I was on vacation to help assist her gain knowledge of average costs etc without bothering me…and we are still to receive it!

    They don’t answer emails or telephone calls. Is it just a scam? 👿

    Hello Ryan.

    I am in the office right now if you want to call to have a chat. as i dont know what name you have ordered the guide in and i can not find your name in our records.

    My apologies in the delay just not enough hours in the day and a lot going on that has left me with little time to complete the guide.

    All those who have preordered and had to wait will get a little extra when they get the guide as a thank you.

    as ever if you want to cancel you order we will gladly refund anyone at any time.
    in hindsight if i had thought it would have taken so long to complete i would not have taken pre orders.

    Have just spoken to Sharon, thank you for calling, problem sorted,

    Ryan had a look into not replying to your emails and it would apear there is somingthing odd going on with our website server, the emails should be forwarded to one central email address but it look like for some reason it does not like your email address and treats them as spam , which it does not forward (it should forward all mail) and unless we log into the main server (which we very rairly do) it would go unread which is what has happen here. will have to look out for this in the future, my apologies, as for not answering the phone i do not know what happen there as we have 3 lines and i seem to spend my life on the phone!
