Price-it Guide paid, but not turned up?
Hi, has anyone heard what’s going on with this?
Money was taken from my account before Xmas and I’ve still not received my guide, there’s no updates on their website and they don’t reply to emails?
Anyone else waiting or have you got yours?

Just a update to we’re I am with the guide.
It is now very over due, mainly due to me being up to my neck in making signs.
It is now almost ready and WILL be out before the sign show at the end of April.Any one that has per ordered the new guide will get there copy sent out before then.
Dan have not seen an email from you but as said feel free to give us a call after the bank holiday and have a chat, goes for anyone else too.
I will be at the show so you can see me there.

I also paid for my guide / booklet around October last year with the understanding i would receive it within a few days of purchase. not the case!
Instead, i received a PDF by email about "3 weeks ago" March 2013?
I did not receive any apologies or emails saying there was delays, problems etc which I appreciate happens. Just nothing, then a random email with an attachment all these months later? 🙄

I can only again apologies for the delays with the guide.
The PDF of the guide you have been sent is of the last guide and should only have been sent if we have had contact with you and we have offered to send it as a stop gap while the new guide was completed not as a replacement for your preordered guide that you ordered in december, You will still be sent a hard copy of the new guide when it is published at the end of April
When you ordered online it does say that it is a preorder, my apologies if you missed this information.
You or anyone can cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
As said before feel free to contact us after the bank holiday
