    First of all……..
Happy New Year to everyone on here, i haven’t posted for a while so here goes…..

We have a fascia job on that is quite large, originally we were going to floodcoat di-lite boards in a dark brown vinyl. The customer now wants the colour to be the exact (near as damn it) colour as the aluminium fronted window frames, these have been powder coated to a shade of brown.
I have suggested getting some aluminium sheets powdercoated to the same RAL colour as the window frames.

Does anyone know if the aluminium panels will expand slightly when fixed to the fascia?
Does anyone know where the best place to get the powder coated sheets is?

I’ve written on what is basically caravan thickness aluminum, and if the fitting is done well that is perfect to at least 8’x4′. I also wrote the signs for a powder coating company, and they supplied everything ready for me to write, it was about 3mm thick and made an absolutely beautiful finished job

It has to expand, it’s metal, but I can’t imagine it ever being a problem on a sign.
