PosterPrint/Ergo RIP issue – help needed, please?
:thumbup2: Hi guys, bad forum etiquette, coming straight in with a hello in my first post along with a request for some help or advice!!
I’ve hit a stumbling block with some software and really don’t know which way to go. I’ve happily run the PosterPrint software from Spandex for many years now, until yesterday when it decided it wasn’t happy and it would kick off! It was coming up with a message saying "ErgoRip not working". Not ideal.
I didn’t need anything that was on the machine, so did a system restore from a month ago, hopefully this wasn’t a mistake! Now PosterPrint will launch but it bring up a window saying "Cannot initialize halftoning" and none of the profiles will work, all saying "Cannot initialize halftoning" again whenever I change the profile or try and print.
Sod’s law and in typical fashion, we are absolutely stacked out with print jobs and this is our only method.
Does anyone have any advice, happy to pay an engineer or knowledgable person to come and rectify it, I’m just hoping it’s a simple quick fix I suppose! :banghead:
