I’d hazard a guess mate and say that this is a ‘graphic art’ logo, not a text as such. Pretty simple to vectorise tho.

Andrew @ Vectorwise should knock this over in no time if you sent it to him.

Or even do it yourself, shouldn’t be too difficult, if you can find a similar font, vector & outline? 😕

I think its great that people are trying to vector stuff themselves. I have a few video demos/ tutorials that Rob will be loading soon. So they might give you some pointers.

    cheers

I looked at vectoring this the first time it was posted I must confess, but could not find the time. Good on you Loraine for doing it too.

    This is a great community

You’re right Shane, it’s a brilliant site. Every day I use some technique that I have learn’t from the posts on these boards.

I have had so much help from here, that when I can, I like to give some back.

When I started it was the only way. 😀

Life is so much easier nowadays with vectorising services, brandsofthe world, and even many clients supplying vector files on disc. And that’s not to mention members sharing what they have. Good stuff.

Glad you said that Andrew, I was going to do a demo on Vectorizing while I was off on holidays…. Saved me from duplication what you have done, AND getting yelled at by the missus 😳
