Plane Crash

This just happened a couple of hours ago. I was in the shop and somebody called over the radio that they heard a loud boom. We climbed up on the roof and we could see the flames and smoke. We are probably about a mile away from the airport. Thankfully it didn’t hit any of the hundreds of office buildings nearby. WE’re sorry for the people on the plane though of course.

Not a nice thing to happen. It was lucky they didnt crash into buildings or an area with more people and more would have been involved. 🙁

Yes, a little too close. That’s why we can’t have balloons here in the park, because of the planes.
They usually don’t fly directly overhead, we are a little too the north of their flight track. But that always changes when there is a problem.
It’s just small commuter terminal, but there are a lot of business jets that take off daily.

sorry… i fly often, but only if i really have to. have a serious phobia and I’m flying later this year on holiday.
it really is a shame for the folk on the plane, i cant think of a worse way to die… well i can, but you know what i mean? 😕
