    Blimy Ive been asked a corker…
    can I do photicular imagery of clouds on the sides of vans so we have movement as you drive along…has anyone any knowledge of a manufacturer of this so I can pic brains about such a topic…i bet it would cost an absolute fortune.

    Same as lenticular so will rely on a prismatic sheet on the front and multiple part images printed as bands in perfect alignment.

    I’d imagine near impossible as image/prism relationship has to be in a constant plane with no warps, twists or other non-wanted distortions such as panel curvature, allowing partial reveal of the other images making a nonsense of the effect. (Like twisting or flexing of the lenticular rulers and ‘prizes’ once found in every gift shop or cereal box.)

    Would be pretty cool though!

    I think your client has got an idea in his head that just isn’t practical.

    To create the sort of visual impact he’s looking for, why not suggest a specialist film that changes colour (e.g. https://shop.grafityp.co.uk/catalog/partlist.aspx?CategoryID=349)

    Or you can get specialist diffraction films with holograms

    I like a challenge… I think this would be really interesting to do if he could fund it….
