sorry for absence… just spent last couple of hours dashing to the hospital with my wee girl. shes not eaten in last four days/… constantly been sick and all the usual stuff that goes along with it. been to doctors second day… but shes got worse.. called phone doctor, for our area… told me to try other medication. out i go get that… 15 minutes after sick again… then sleeping then wakes up screaming in pain.. so off to hospital.
cut it short, shes got urine infection and viral infection, with touch of cold. 😕 but the wee soul is ok, thank god…

ALSO thought i was bringing in the new year in A&E. 😮

    SO WHAT HAVE I MISSED? 😮 :lol1:

Awww bless. Not nice!! Hope she is better soon 😀

We have had a good couple of days so far with our kids ….. start of Decemeber our little princess had a bug, following week she came down with chickenpox, cleared up, then as she was getting better our little prince then had the bug and then following week chickenpox …. he is now just recovering from chickenpox 🙄 talk about one thing after the other … we have had a whole month of it!! I hate our kids being ill I always feel so useless that you cant make it all go away for them 🙁

Glad shes on the mend Rob, I can relate as about 10pm christmas eve, my youngest (8months) had to go see the emergency doctor for antibiotics and then boxing day my eldest(26months) had to do the same after developing an ear infection after a week with a virus 🙁 Thankfully, pretty much fully recovered now(back to creating chaos 😀 )

A sick child is so hard to handle…but it does draw you even closer…make the best of it by just what you’re doing…being there and loving her.
Cheers mate and have a terrific 2006, eh.
