What is the ‘posh’ pencil called which easily wipes off from panels and boards used to lay out and mark measurements?

Paul Hughes was using one at Sign&Digital and I forget the correct term for it. :lol1:

I used blue or white Stabilo pencils for years, but had difficulty with them melting and the blue staining at times.
Now I use blue or white Staedtler pencils.

    I wouldn’t use a ChinaGraph as they’re waxy I think?
We use Stabilo Aquarellable white or blue. (Very similar to the type Ms Welsh recommended)
These are water soluble and come off easy.

Yeah, I have found that sometimes the chinagraph marks dont come off completely, specially on older white vehicles, so the only way to remove the mark is T-cut!
Those water soluble ones are far safer.

    Now you tell me 😀

I managed to track some down at the weekend in my local stationers. They had a specific pot labelled ‘Chinagraph pencils’ So I bought all the remaining black and white ones.
