  • PC60 head changing service notes – anyone got a spare copy?

Posted by Mike Fear on September 14, 2004 at 12:31 pm

Have just ordered a new head for my PC60 and Roland wanted a tenner for a photocopy of the service notes ( bit rich when I’m spending over £200 on parts from them ! ).

Does anyone have a spare copy they could e-mail over ?

    thanks
    Mike

Ideal imaging (AKA Rewnown in the UK afaik) sent me a printed copy of the whole proceedure , perhaps ask them to do the same for you – we prefer to get the Roland tech in to do it as there are voltages and all other sorts of things that need to be done , and we get a warrantee on the work.

    Email is mike@drfears.co.uk

I spoke to Roland about doing it myself and it seems pretty simple – they sell a tool to connect to your multimeter for £6, and its just a trimpot to set thevoltage, there are a few other things to mess with but I’m sure I’ll be OK with the service notes ( or I’ll blow it up ! )
