    Hi All

I really hope someone can help me out here, as I’ve spent 4 days trying to resolve this problem. The PC 60 was working fine up until this point.

    PC60
    Windows XP
    SignLab 6 rev 13
¾ of a gig of ram
2 x page file set to a max of 2 gig each on different partitions
Connected to the LPT1 port under ECP

I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the driver and Signlab. Also done a system restore to an earlier date, all to no avail.

When I try to print a graphic to the PC60, the head moves 2 inches then stops, just sits there, flashing the “busy” & “colour” lights, and I get no output what so ever. Then get a print error msg.

I then tried printing the same graphic to my desktop printer, and this worked fine (attached to the USB port)

If I enter just a string of text and output this to the PC60 on LPT1 it prints fine. So it seems that it’s just graphic related, which I can’t get my head around.

Can some one please help me out, before I jump of a tall building.

    Cheers

    Dan

Thanks for the quick reply Chris.

The busy and colour light are the two that are flashing, all the cart holder lights are on and reconising the CYMK carts. These lights are on and not flashing.

One of the graphics that I’m trying to print are RGB, process colours. P2 & P6.

Hope that opens up the discription a little more????

    Chris your a star.

After posting the reply to your reply, i went back and check all the carts.

What i thought was yellow was infact yellow 08 gold. Strange thing is I’ve never purchased the above before, so looks like they were refilled wrong when purchased.

Thanks once again for a top reply.
