Just that I was doing a van for an electrician which is why it crossed my mind.

PAT is portable appliance testing so that would make PAT Testing portable appliance testing testing which doesn’t make a lot of sense :lol1:

I reckon the guy who invented PAT testing used to be a roadie and was used to saying "testing testing" all the time – He wanted to call it PAT testing 1,2 3 but decided it was too long and cumbersome 😕
