    Recently had a call from my very first rep from Robert Horne (now paperlinx)

    Have to say the service and products I’ve been getting recently have certainly put them back in favour with me…… so much I’m trying to source everything from them again rather than a plethera of sources. I was really disappointed with the service when the "big change" happened but it does seem to have turned a corner.

    I heard that a NEW big change has happened… new CEO… he’s been reshaping contracts etc. big things changing

    They are good with prices with us, however we finding we are putting more and more with them… never really let us down

    Whilst we’re the opposite… just recently sourced ALL stock from other suppliers. Even though I drive past their branch every day 🙁

    Got to agree, definite improvement of late, have used them as main supplier since 2001and it is a pity that every now and then they have hiccups
