pantone to vinyl match please?
Does anyone know which vinyl matches pantone 295 blue and pantone 542 mid blue …… either spot on or fairly close??

The darker blue we have to now actually get the ral match as its being powder coated now.

Sorry to resurect this but …… I never did match it to macal vinyl in the end as I didnt get the swatch.
Could some lovely person please help me *pantone to vinyl damsel in distress* by letting me know other vinyls that are a match to pantone 542 …. oracal would be great pleeeeease?

542 is sort of dark wedgewood – best I can find is Mactac – 8339-34
295 – Oracal 751 – 050 or 059 not sure as its right where I hole punched my swatch lmao…

Avery have pantone 542 in their 900 super cast – not sure on minimum quantities or cost though

not sure how many metres your after but you could have someone print the vinyl the pantone colour, if its only a few metres your after.

It was 5mtrs, not a lot at all. We have actually gone for the mactac now, ordered and sorted. Spandex we would have to have ordered 50mtr of 1220mm …. dont need all that!!
Yes I suppose printing would have been a good option …. something to look at next time maybe.
I have a pantone swatch book thingy ordered now should get that this week ……. whats the bet that now Ive bought one that we wont get anyone stating a pantone ref for the next year … :lol1:
