Orange 021C looks close to:
Orange 8901-00 Macal 8900 pro

My pantone book doesn’t go high enough for the other 2.

7435 C is pretty close to Oracal 851-048 bordeaux, Oracal 851-544 indigo blue is close to 7462 C.

Although you asked for 5 year vinyl, for example oracal 551-series does not have as close matches as those 851-series vinyls are.
