  • Painting road/parking lines and logos, advice needed please?

    Hi All

    Customer needs some parking space lines painted and their logos added as well, anybody done this before who can offer some advice with regards to paint and templates

    Have done a few using various types of paint, depends on surface, how long it needs to last, templates can be made from MDF, using the spray type paint does not last long,
    The line paint, lasts about six months, the thermoplastic will give about a year, the real deal, get a proper line company, cheaper than you might think

    just had 17 bays (two disabled done in front car par park £300 cash, look for the yellow lorries that do the lines on the road and ask the driver usually can do any Saturday LOL

    The car bay lines need to be in termoplastic to get any sort of life from them and if correctly applied i’d expect them to last 3/5 years as for the logo depending on the design/colours you will probley have to use paint.There are companys that supply termoplastic torch on kits like this. https://www.promain.co.uk/category/thermoplastic-id688

    Or maybe you could find Adrian’s saturday morning moonlighting crew.
