Hi Guys…. Been a while! I have 4 – 10′ x 2′ signs to do. All paint, no vinyl. Question is, what is the best paint to use on dibond? These are for indoor use only.

Basic paint background is as below…..

Hi Jeff, I’d use 1Shot which you’ll be able to get in Canada.
Beware though as there are some issues with certain colours being a little thick.
But any enamel paint will be OK, no need to tell you to prep and clean the service well.
You could get away with normal house paint though if its easier for you to find.

Have often used household enamel without issue. (Oil based though)

I use Ronan paints now, they have both lettering and bulletin enamels.

I’ve also heard a lot about this paint:

but have not tried it out.
I’m sure you will want to lightly scuff the surface with a Scotchbrite pad before painting. I don’t always do this. If you do, go really lightly and clean well afterwards.
Your colors look like stock ones or easily mixed ones to me.
I would use oil-based house paint rather than latex, but I have never tried those. I don’t know how durable they would be.
    Love….jill
