Looks nice and fresh Pat.
can I ask if you used a mask, or how did you transfer the logo and text to the curtain? Pounce, projector,?
or just by skill? What make of paint/ink did you use.Wish I knew the answers to stuff like this,
if its a trade secret, I wouldn’t blame you keeping it to yourself…

Me too. 😀
We only do curtains once or twice a year, when our best efforts fail to get us out of it. We use Avery Signflex but I think that this is one of those types of work where the old ways are the best.

Nice Job Pat, would love to know the answers to the above and maybe a ball park figure regarding how much this would/should cost?
Looks the business! -
Nice job Pat. I would like to know the same answers as what everyone else has asked above too please? I actually thought it was vinyl when I first looked.

cant speak for Pat But ive done loads of curtains through the years and used Sericol screen inks . I would have done the lettering freehand .As for the design i would have pounced it onto the other side

As said previously, intended to use truck vinyl, but had to match colours etc. with time restraints in getting swatch pad from D.Evans and not sure these were standard colours, ink was the only way to go as client wanted truck on road for Monday.
Mask was cut from grey signmask from Sign + Digital and inks used were Sericol polyplast from Millers in Dublin.
First time to attempt a curtain, but have done lots of mask and roll before

Really clean lettering job,Pat. I letter a lot of trucks but use vinyl on most jobs now days. I have never done a curtainside body. I have seen a few companies use a heavy vinyl material on their bodies and I imagine using inks or screen printing is how the body I saw was done.

Excellent work Pat.
I know there is lots of trouble with lettering curtainsiders.
I was always glad we didn’t have them over here.
Guess what we have now?
I see at least two curtainsiders a day.
love….Jill -
I like it too Pat.
Have never done one, and likely will not have the chance. Digi printing Curtainsiders is a huge market here, but it is pretty well monopolised by 3 or 4 huge companies in Oz.
Always nice to see a traditional job done though, usually very clean and tidy. Digi print companies always tend to over-do these things, and make them so busy.
Nice job
