Had a customer in looking for a price for a clear wrap to offer paint protection.

Anybody recommend any materials for such a job?

    Thanks

we use a bit of 3M Stoneguard, but only really around the front of the bonnet and under the grille. it is expensive, and it doesnt conform like a wrap.

Wm Smiths are authorized distributors for the 3M version of this. I would give them a call. speak to Gill Harrison as she will be your UKSG rep Sean.

We get a lot of people asking for it now but it is a bit of a specialist thing. This stuff is fitted wet and requires a combination of water/shampoo and a separate ISO Alcohol to make it adhere.

I went to the launch demo of this last week , seems quite flexible as the guy doing the instillation wrapped a wing mirror with it (wet)
