Had a guy come in this morning with a vinyl print under his arm saying "can you do better than this" I replied ermmmm i think so
Take a look at the print 😮

Thats what i was saying about the VW camper on the other thread..
Look’s like they just scanned an A5 flyer and enlarged it up, but it was proberly a £20 job instead of a £50 one; the £20 being a scan and print (10mins) and the £50 job would have been a artwork and print job (nearer 3/4 hour)..
That’s what a lot of customers around my way want, cheap, and they don’t understand the difference in quality. -

not one of those emails where a design company sends a JPEG lo-res with email for proof/costings to the printer then supposed to follow up with the hi-res file later but someone from the print company doesn’t realise that and prints it from JPEG once smoothed in photoshop?
