Hi Lynn
Yep we use it …. never had any problems with it. It is thicker than 751 vinyl so this needs to be allowed for on the cutting blade. Weeds fine and applies fine.
Not much else to say about it really other than …… fine 😀

i use it all the time lynn, think there are a few types on the range, not sure the exact one i use, but i find it very easy to work with.
like all etch vinyls, they seem to have very little give in them, but when considering glass is flat, what more can you ask?
i find it very easy to fit also and is a bit more forgiving than most as whitening is a common problem with etches.
the etch i like best is made by mactac. to me it gives the best realistic etch effect. the downside of it is it whitens pretty easy. i still really like it though but some of our guys prefer the europoint etch. so thats what we stock.
mactac also do a range of colours in etch, best price i could find for this sorta thing as the 3M range of coloured etch is an arm and a leg. -
I like mac as well it’s that we haven’t used the oracal before and like you say Rob 3m an arm and a leg, so far it looks like we may try the oracle

on the subject of choice, you can get a glitter/sparkle etch and regular. i hate the glitter/sparkle stuff, just doesnt appear as the real mckoy!
i think there is a certain amount of class with etch on glass, adding glitters etc just take that all away i think. 😕 -

I used Oracal etch yesterday for the first time, seems fine, nothing negative as far as I could see.
They list 2 types, course structure and fine but only seem to stock the fine
