    Opinions on the Mutoh VJ1624

    Hello there, this is my first post for about 5/6 years so i may be a bit rusty.

    I’m looking at replacing my HP8000s which has served me well for over 4 years and i have been considering the Mutoh valuejet 1624. Just wondered if anyone has one that could give their opinion on it or if anyone thinks there are better alternatives out there worth considering.

    We Installed one Last week, First impression is brilliant,
    Printed over 70sq/m in first day hassle free for the first time in years, Wish i had put it in years ago.

    Hi Ian, do you have the bulk ink system? Did you consider any other printers?

    I did get an email this morning on a JV33 with 3yr warranty and £1800 of ink when trading in an old printer which sounded pretty good, But i like Mutoh so stuck with them in the end.

    I’ve been tempted by the Epson surecolour 30600, purely because of the price really. I can pick one up for 10k new or i’ve been offered one at 8.5k ex-demo but i can’t seem to get any impartial opinions on this machine, have you heard anything?

    How much is the bulk ink per litre by the way?
