Just received my service contract renewal and its gone up around 25% 👿 Ive just spent over half an hour on the phone to RolandAccounts being told im first in the queue and no one answers 👿 Finally press the option menu to leave a message and it asks me for an extension number 😮 grr I just wanted to leave a flippin message 👿

Phone tech support and somone finally gets accounts to phone me back, after a while of hearing random keyboard tapping in the background im told its because ive gone from Bronze to Silver Cover 👿

I reply "did I ask for Silver cover" the person replies "I can check"

Can you believe they were going to ask one of their colleagues if I had asked for a change in cover instead of asking me while im speaking to them on the phone (hot)

If I was a suspicious fellow I would say they are doing this to more than myself as a sly way of increasing their revenues 👿

Anyway I feel better now 😀

its so frustrating – but I had a call from somebody a little higher in the Roland hirearchy today with profuse apologies and assurances that it would all be fixed so hopefully alls well.

If they were as quick as the mod that edited this title I wouldnt have any complaints obviously rantings too strong a word 😀 😀 😀

If ever you experience a problem like this or any problems with RolandCare ask for James Johnson when you call into the office. James looks after all aspects of RolandCare so will be able to help.

    Cheers
