    Wow where do I begin. I feel like I’m re living the nightmares of the BP light brigade fiasco with repairs. I have been nothing but polite and extremely patient with a company who’s product failed to work on my machine and was agreed by them to return to pre install state. Bar the fact they installed their own inks and brand. Ever since this happened many months ago I have had problems and still yet to be sorted. Since when did the customer have to keep chasing a company for a product that failed to work only to be put into a situation where printer is not as it was before and endless issues. I will be taking legal action don’t worry hence ne not mentioning names. I am shocked by the situation given how patient I have been. I have come to the point where I’ve Realised being nice just drags on being messed about for almost a year!!!
