Chris, that phone number is a New South Wales country number. I would believe anything could happen in central NSW (or any other state in OZ actually)

In the city tho, this sign would get a letter from the council, given 24 hours for it to be fixed, or face a hefty fine.

Work Place Health & Saftey here is pretty definate in what a sign should say, and frankly, none of my paper work has that wording at all 😮 😳
