    Hi friends, is anyone using sign-tracker software (sign-tracker (dot) com). I’d be interested to know your thoughts. Some great features, I like the online calendar for all to use, and you can access it from any PC anywhere.

    Affordable too. Any comments would be appreciated. 🙂

    I’ve played with it abit. Looks good for signage businesses. We’re more in the print domain now so looking to tailor something directly for our own business.

    i have played with it… was impressed and i did talk to them about putting £ in… not much of a problem to do that.

    only problem I see with it is that you have to know your costs rather than it working out your costs. Estimate does the math, but with this program, you do the maths externally and put in the total. That is a negative for me.

    The calendar is a huge positive though, and multi user license is one of the cheapest around.

    I’ve been using it for around 3 months now and love it. However I only use it for the Job Flow/Job tracking features. All our pricing is done straight into MYOB.

    Just thought I would add in to an old thread guys, we started using it a few weeks ago, and we absolutely love it…

    We have set up a pc workstation in the workshop so that the staff can log in and sign off their individual tasks when they are completed.

    We also have a large monitor on the wall with the daily calendar on and the jjob flowsection showing all the time so they know what needs to be done.

    Its completely diminished the paperwork in the office and also the online digital artwork proof, contract signing is perfect…… no need for purchase orders any more, we just send over a pdf doc that they digitally sign and send back to us…

    I’m still working with the free trial, but I can see it has massive scope, we love it here. Sign Tracker or Shop Tracker really has worked for us, I’m really impressed..

    Also the estimating tool is brilliant, I spent a day or so entering in prices of substrates, materials even ink costs per meter and now anyone can get an estimate for a customer anytime, like when I’m on holiday.

    I have even set up standard items in the formula section, so if a customer wants a full color banner with hems, eyelets etc, the staff just put in how many meters are required and the price comes up automatically.

    It’s great….. will definitely be using the full product

    No worries Shane, I think it’s definitely worth looking closer at.. I like also that I can log in while I’m away from the office and see whats happening..

    Best work management software I have seen so far and I have been doing some serious research in to it.

    It’s relatively simple once you get your head around it
