need suppliers please of Vinyl?

I am new to the sign making business, we are a product designers that use a lot of vinyl for application to our products, we used to get a local firm to produce the graphics for us but the cost became high enough to invest in our own cutter, we bought a PCUT630 its a budget machine but looks good enough for us. I am after some advice on Vinyls and suppliers. I used to work for a sign makers about 12 years ago, but the vinyls have moved on since then. I am after a vinyl suitable for playground signs so a hard wearing highly adhesive vinyl will be needed. We are also looking to attach large logos to skate park ramps covered with an anti slip transparent floor graphic laminate. I have looked at the vinyl corp and graphicsignsupplies. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try Amari, you will find their number somewere on the boards or search the net, they do a macal vinyl in 3,5 and 7 year vinyl and very good prices.
Give them a ring and ask for a swatch to be posted out to you that way you can see all the colours available in the different types of vinyl and prices.

What is the best magazine to get and where can i get it, looked in WH Smiths but no joy.

theres a contact telephone number you can ring to subscribe..i think it’s £12 for the year..it’s a good read..and keeps you up to date with lots of products not just vinyls etc..cheers

If they worked for the company I think it would be. Sounded like a customer that was pleased with their service to me.
