    Hi All

I’m looking for an extruded frame that can be bent around a curved fascia, I usually use the stock frame from Jag on flat stuff but customer would like a similar frame to what is on the fascia at the moment but in a different colour and the one that is on there does not have the "lip" on it like the jag one and has been bent along the curve so need to try source similar. It’s plastic and 45mm wide but just needs to be bendable.

Or any other suggestions for a curved fascia?

    cheers

just use the stockframe, but cut the lip off,, few run with a sharp stanley, and a block plane, easy
a bit of heat from a heat gun and it will bend for you
( make sure and put a small countersunk screw at the end though, as it is liable to pop the tape on you, if it a hard bend. 🙄 speaking from experience a long time ago)

    Thanks Ian

another small problem, fascia is 2720mm and the stock frames are 2600mm (hot) don’t want to join such a small piece and the one that’s on there now has no joins.

Anybody else out there sells extruded frames?

    cheers
