    Need a "Corel X4 file"

    yes, it sounds daft.
    We are still on X3 here and I am planning on getting X4 but I am currently looking at Indexing as the Corel format is different, its actually a ZIP file with bmp, xml etc within but stored in the standard "Corel.CDR" naming scheme.

    Can someone create a document in X4, put some different artistic text on say 3 pages and maybe a small bitmap.

    It will be useful for me.

    interesting looking at the metadata and no I dont know where that is lol
