    need a cleaning cartridge same as this

    hi all we need a new cleaning cart for our aj1000
    we were sent one but it flashes error message diff codes is the giveaway
    can anybody tell me where to source one been on to roland but no reply as yet

    first two pics are the new one sent by machine seller who we cannot get in touch with at the mo
    second two pics are the original

    any help appreciated

    It’s just the wrong cartridge. AI-CL is cleaning fluid, AI-ML is maintenance liquid. Let me know if you’re stuck and I can order whichever one you need from Roland.

    I’m not sure if we’ve got any in stock but we will be placing an order with Roland today anyway. I’m out of the office today but call the office and speak to Lucy and she will be happy to take all your details and get things moving. The office number is 01279 638500 and she should be there from 9.
