  • Name Plate supplier wanted.

Just been to the hospital – No, not about that rash, besides it`s cleared up now, after using the cream.

They are after some door name plates. Metal carrier, with the name plates that slide in.

Any body know of a supplier?

Does anyone know what colour blue the NHS use?

    thanks Kev

We used to use a product called “Scritto” for hospital signs. Ten years ago the company I was with were the importers of this from Switzerland (they are not now). You could try searching on the net for it.

I think there was also something called Direx that was similar. Also, do spandex still sell their slatz system?

Another supplier of modular systems like this are Modulex in Northampton, they might still do it.

There is a health service document that descibes the rules for signs; colour etc. If you try colour matching take a RAL or BS paint colour chart with you.

    Hope this helps.

    Kev,

I can supply you with holders and inserts. Holders are in gold or silver with engraved inserts in any of the colours below.

If you want a quote fax me your address etc and what quantities you’d be after and I’ll prepare you a quotation. Fax number is 01325 382266

    cheers Andy.
But the holders have to be blue as well. I`ve got to get a close match to the ones they already have.
