Yes you read the title correctly………small cutters for greeting card making.

My mum bought a Cricut which is simply an 18 inch plotter which can use plug in cartridges for fonts and shapes or can be run from a pc via usb.

She used to make everything by hand but now cuts them out on her plotter!

A flat ‘taky’ cutting board holds the card and stops it slipping….the blade
( generic Roland ) cuts the required shapes on the card.

They were the rage here starting last Christmas.
There is an infomercial on TV about them.
Lots of soccer moms with CriCuts making scrapbooks, wall words, you name it.
Not 100% sure but I think even Walmart sells them.
    Love….Jill

My wife has the Craft Robo, but tells me that she wants the Gazelle (a bigger better version of the CriCut) for her surprise 25th wedding anniversary 😕

I actually have a steady client base of husbands who buy my vinyl off cuts for their wives, so they can cut their own labels and stuff for scrap-booking. Gold and Chrome Mylar are popular, but the wife nicks all my gold and silver metalic whenever she gets the opportunity…. 🙁 😮
