    thanks all,

he was born by emergency c-section, they put me on a drip to speed up my contractions, but his heart coudnt handle it. It took 9 mins from the decision to operate, to delivering him under general anesthetic 😮 .
Amazing what they can do now adays.

Luckily he’s healthy chappy and growing well! :baby:

    Good looking boys there.
Same thing happened to me with my last one, plus his cord came out when they broke my water.
He turned out fine though and at 11 makes me want to wring his neck at least once a day!
I do love having two sons and one daughter tho.
Next thing you know I’ll be a grandma!

I’m thankful that we had one of each at our first attempts. My wife made it clear that she didn’t want to stop until we had a girl…. Given that twins, and boys, run in her family, it was a scary thought.

2 kids are enough for me tho. We have a family friend that wanted a girl so badly she kept trying. She decided to stop at the 6th boy 🙄

You need to read up on all those books Kate, that teach diet and stuff to get a girl. My wife has plenty of friends that swear by them. I’m not sure myself tho. 😕
