Mutoh Valuejet printer, data not being received – help?
Hi All,
We have a nice Valuejet printer which despite the name, give us some really good results. There’s an orange light that starts flashing every-time you send a print job, to let you know the data has been sent. For some reason, the orange light is now just staying on and the printer is not running making us think that the data is not being processed by the printer. Any ideas about this or does anyone know an Mutoh engineer that can help please.

If orange light stays on, the LCD should also show an error code I think.

Or you would get some kind of timeout message on the PC. What area of the country are you in Neil?
