    Hi everyone,

has anyone of you already experienced this problem with a Mutoh Rockhopper III? I’m loading a roll of banner media (blockout) and the above message keeps appearing ("undefined paper"). 👿
Can anyone please help me? Any suggestions? (?) (?)

    cheers,
    bart

Hi Bart, Version 111 still has same fault as version 1 then?

All i do is lift up the handle & let it re set it self again, usually works on 2nd time.

Or does yours keep on doing it.

This fault can also happen if the front of the machine has very strong light shinning on it……..it baffles the sensor.

    hey john,

problem solved: we had to change an option in one of the menus from "Roll Take-Up" to "Roll Feed". This works perfect!

    cheers,

Hi Bart, Just spent the afternoon stripping my Rocky one to try & find out why there wasn’t any magenta coming through, found the pipe in the pump had split in two. so have replaced it i think all is well now.

We are getting quite conversant with the workings of it now.
